drivebelt tensioner?

so I recently bought a lightweight alternator pully and underdrive pully from mrz. i spent hours reading online and trying to figure out how to get the belt off. i know u need to move the tensioner with a 3/8th dive rachet. but nothing I have fits in the that tight space between the frame and the tensioner arm. I tried everything i could think of and lost my 15mm socket in the process ( droped it inside my frame :( ugh.

dose anyone know a way i can get the belt off or a special tool you use? or anyone that lives nearby that wants to give me a hand?

According to the Haynes manual:
--take off the right front wheel and remove the splash shield.
--insert the 3/8 ratchet into the tensioner hole and pull handle couterclockwise to release tension
--install belt and replace splash shield and wheel
