Bad Thing About Performance Chips?

Hey im thinking of ordering this performance chip...

Performance Chip Chevrolet Cobalt 2005,2006,2007,2008 on eBay.ca (item 360240961550 end time 03-Jun-10 14:22:19 EDT)

Is there any negative long term effects from power chips??

Cheers, Matt.
