?SS S/C Header and DP Onto a 2.2l?

They do both bolt up right? would they offer gains similar to aftermarket?

I know the T/C downpipe would not (3 bolt) but I'm assuming the T/C will go on.

The LSJ header will bolt up. But you would have to use your 2.2L61 exhaust manifold gasket IIRC.

I'm thinkin sai too, but it really seems to depend on the year and state of origin for the 2.2's.

Not gonna lie, don't really pay attention to the 2.2 or 2.4 crowd all that much

You would have to remove the SAI and have it flashed at the dealer, that way it wouldn't throw a code...but other than that...it will bolt up.
