Clunk Noise

is it just my car or it;s normal on these cars in general when turn off my car a few seconds after there would be a clunk noise coming from the engie don;t even know what makes it but it's been there forever!!! anyone has these or knows what I'm talking about??

It is the throttle plate moving to the fully closed position.
