Performance Chips Info????????

Hey guys I no everyone says screw the chips but I was hoping to find some guys out there that nos lot bout hem or uses them thinking about getting one and just wanna no more about it like what it really does if it will help a lol or only hurt. Any help will be appreciated.

This is getting old...Jet Chip Performance is a company name -- not referring to the infamous e-bay "chip" and they have been around since the early 80s!

I used the Stage 1 and Stage 2 Jet Chip Performance modules on my 07 SS/NA and the stage 2 module shaved .3 seconds off my 1/8 mile ET (stage 1 did not show much of a difference over stock -- only advantage I felt was getting rid of the <4K lag when accellerating in a merge lane). The stage 2 module put my 07 SS/NA right in the middle of the SS/NA tuned cars...some tuned cars were quicker than mine and some were slower...obviously the modules work.
