Intake & throttle body?

So guys I'm thinking of getting an intake (between k&n and gmpp) and I was wondering would it also be beneficial to replace the throttle body with a 2.4 tb? And if so is there a tune required?
Thanks guys

While we're on the subject, would an Injen CAI for the 2.2 fit over a 2.4 TB? If I'm to stay N/A I would eventually have to change the manifold and throttle body, but don't wanna scrap the intake.

My typhoon fit perfectly over the 2.4 tb on my LAP engine.

I'm driving a 2009 LAP 2.2 Cobalt and when I put the 08 2.4 throttle body on it did not (and has not) thrown a code. I haven't gotten my tune yet but it would be a good idea to do so. I've had it on for about 1,500 miles.

What about Weapon R cai? I just seen them for the first time a few days ago, and they are probably the beat looking ones I've seen.

No to Weapon R.

I just chuckle at the fact of spending more than a hundred bucks on an intake.
