Tuneup Questions

I have a 2010 cobalt 2lt. It's a rebuilt title. Have had it for about 6 months. It now has 31k on it. Was wondering if there is a preferred tuneup at 30k? If so what is it. My car failed to have a Manual in it:/. Also, what is the OEM replacement air filter? I'm looking for obviously a good one. Thank you

I have this filter in my car, best OE replacement you can get:
http://www.amazon.com/33-2311-High-Performance-Replacement-Filter/dp/B000E5S3C8/ref=au_as_r?ie=UTF8&Make=Chevrolet|47&Model=Cobalt|2562&Year=2010|2010&carId=002&n=15684181&newCar=1&s=automotive&vehicleType=automotive

Or if you just want cheap OEM replacement, you can get this one but the K&N will last the life of the car.

Not much needs to be done at 30K. Maybe a fuel filter if you're aggressive.

What part of the vehicle suffered the original damage?

That would be sad if the fuel filter was bad at 30k on a stock motor!

It was rollover damage. Basically the roof/windows,etc. but I can tell that the suspension is a little off

The damage didn't look too bad in the pictures besides the roof. But I'm sure I could just take it to a local shop to inspect it. Not fon of paying the 70 bucks for an inspection though ha

In Quebec, once the airbags have been deployed, the car becomes VGA, vehicule gravement accidenté, or severely accidented vehicle. It can be rebuilt but the VGA title will go on the vehicle's record.
