Question Vacuum Hose Failure

I have a 2008 Chevy cobalt 2.2l. I add the 2.4 intake manifold. Doing this I had to add vacuum hose to reach the 2.4 intake. I got the Trifecta tune and uploaded my file. Today I noticed the vacuum hose coming from the intake to the booster was sucking it's self closed. The only hose that is sucking it's self shut is the new part of hose coming off of the 2.4 intake manifold. What can I do to fix this issue?
