So what's this I've been hearing abt a h62 that was rare on the Balts... How do u know if u have one

They didn't come on the balts I believe. They were a prototype supercharger that eaton made.

They were used in the time attack cobalts, they were not production. I'm not sure if it was powell that modified the m62 or if eaton/gm teamed up. I'm not sure the history completely but it was never put on the assembly line

Ya from what I was reading after I posted was a few handful had em and the only way to tell in the v it bigger and the rotors have a extra blade

You read on FB that 6 of them made it onto SS/SC's. I would suggest you look the validity of that statement up. Not saying it didn't happen, but it's not likely that they just randomly threw six of them out to production like a golden can in the micgolden case!

5-6 were sold from the GM Race team. One i believe was destroyed by a kid who didnt know what he had. The rest were purchased and installed on people's cobalts and redlines. I believe a member on "The other forum" has one installed on his cavalier. Great superchargers and if you can get your hands on one, do it. I will say they were NEVER produced or installed on ANYTHING from the factory
