Turbo Status, Need Advice!

Hey guys,
Havent been on in a while. thought id give you a little update!
So at the moment, heres what i have going on with the ss:

-to4e 50 trim with .63 hotside
-turbonetics deltagate with voodoo mbc set at about 19-20 psi
-custom 3" intake
-siemens #60s
-custom 2.5" intercooler piping with 4 ply couplers and t bolts
-zzp lsj intake mani adaptor plates for turbo
-2.5" catless lous exhaust

Heres a video when it only had a base tune:

Now has more timing and a safer tune thru HP. Video soon to come

The car is great up to about 6k.
When tuning, everything looked great, no knock and good maf calibration.

But for some reason, at about 6k(also when WG dumps) the rpms stop and we observe the MAF freq drop way down. I got my cat cut off the other day and it helped slightly, gave me about another 500 rpm but same problem.
Do you think this exhaust is too small for the turbo??

07 LSJ turbo swap
-to4e 50 trim .63 a/r @ 19psi
-2.5" intercooler system with zzp bov
-2.5" exhaust
-turbonetics deltagate II w/voodoo boost controller
-3" intake
-siemens #60s
-aem uego wideband afr
-HP custom tune

i do have a small header/block leak. tiny on the turbo side. can hear it on start up, but when driving its gone or sneaks back under long idle. pretty quiet.

---------- Post added at 11:28 PM ---------- Previous post was at 11:26 PM ----------

it was pretty strange. So under WOT pull, afrs were good, i think he commanded 10.4 and they stayed around there. At the dump and 6k rpm, we watched the MAF Hz jump to almost idle numbers.
Seems like a coupler is collapsing on itself and blocking airflow.
