Unless you get it for a really good price, like almost free... Like I did, its not really worth it.

I got my SS catback when I bought my lowering springs from another member. It was really cheap to ship it to me because he worked at UPS. I paid 80 shipped for the springs, and I got the exhaust free and just paid $15 to ship it. I got my header from an 07 SS/SC in a junk yard, 10 bucks. I got the stock SS downpipe for 70. I needed a new catalytic converter mine was starting to go, so it was cheaper to just get the SS downpipe. I spent about $100 total to upgrade my full exhaust to the stock SS set up.

I think 2.4 is a different muffler and slightly bigger diameter, dont remember. But the rest of the exhaust is the exact same

The 2.4 and 2.0 exhausts are the same (99% sure). It has a bigger diameter piping then the 2.2. I also think the muffler itself is the same, or at least they look the same, they just have bigger inlet and outlet diameter then the 2.2 as well. If your looking for a little bit more sound, and really no power gains out of it, then the stock SS exhaust will work just fine for you. I'd say go ahead and do it if you can get it cheap, and install your self. If it cost you more then say 120 for the exhaust, I wouldn't do it. Like I got mine really cheap. I know alot of people knock some of the ebay part, but I've heard some decent things about some of the 2.2 catback on there that sell pretty cheap.

If you plan on selling your car, an aftermarket catback may hurt your resale. The SS take-off should be passable as stock.
