I go to school 2 minutes away from ZZP, I was planning on going down there this week sometime and see what they had in the way of cams.

2006 Cobalt LT Stealth Grey Metallic Coupe.
The current mods: ZZP shorty header, Mugen Twin Loop Muffler, American Eagle 17x7s, Nightshade Tinted Tail Lights, Custom Spec-D Headlights, SS 0-140mph Gauge cluster, Custom Made Cold Air Intake, Carbon Fiber wrapped badges, FE5 Struts/Shocks, CM/SSC Springs, SS Shift Knob, SS front bumper, SS Pioneer Sound System, Pioneer GM-A3602 Amplifier, Painted Calipers, MPX Shorty Antenna.

I hear it's not as simple as that. Something about a cam sensor or something.

The '05-'06 L61 has stage cams. I considered the NA grind once upon a time.

This zoomer guy on .net that works at zzp said they would make some LAP cams if we got 5 or more people to deposite $100. I messaged him and told him to make a page for it. It would be nice since there is currently no aftermarket cams for the lap (2.2 engine from 09-10)

I thought the lap was 09 up not 08? Either way more info would be nice, wouldn't mind getting them if they would indeed work on my 08 pending other info on them haha

LAP is 09-10, you and i should still have the L61

YYZ V.3 Springs, Koni shocks/struts, Powell XXX rear swaybar, Brembo brake swap, 5 lug conversion, Ion Redline wheels, SS/SC interior swap including power conversion, K&N intake, Trifecta tune, Ark Performance N-II catback, Ark shorty antenna, SS body kit, Powell F23 rotated mount, LNF rear mount, Powell CABs
Soon to come- EFR 6758 turbo kit and make Retro Headlights.

I know the stock cam numbers are the same but there was a guy who tried it and it didn't work a lot of people said it was a install timing error. How do you know they work?

It's the exact same head, install was wrong and he's the only one that's bothered because for the most part it's not needed.
