Need help, turbo in a 2010 LT

Hey guys, new to the forum but I just bought a 2010 4dr lt, basically brand new with 33 000 km on it, I wanna put a turbo in and wondering if anyone can give me some help with what all I would need to buy and upgrade to safely and effectively get the use of my turbo without causing unnecessary damage to other parts.

The 2010 2.2l wasn't really designed for boost. It's going to need a lot of parts to make it work "safely" with a turbo. I'm not even sure the block is strong enough for any significant boost. I'm sure my boosted friends will chime in soon.

The LAP block can handle a bit of boost safely. You just can't go crazy with it. I'm pushing about 11 psi on a supercharger, and it's holding together. I just wouldn't suggest going over 12 psi.
