steps to install LT trunk with wing on LS balt

OK so I found an immaculate LT sedan which was totalled in the front but no rear damage at a local boneyard. same year and color so no paniting necessary, even includes hinges and shock absorbers. HOWEVER, they basically cut a harness which is trailing the trunk. Not sure if this controls the trunk release, the tail lights and or center brake light..

So my basic question is where to begin.. I'm not convinced that a new harness is required, but maybe just the parts that are missing from my existing (if that makes any sense)..

If anyone has performed such a surgical procedure and has some ideas and suggestions, I'd quite appreciated hearing from you..

Many thanks as always

Wires should controll the brake light. You should be able to match the colors on the two different wire sections and splice them together.
