HVAC issue

My 2006 Cobalt LS is having some serious AC drain issues. I have blown the drain out numerous times, removed the entire dashboard at least 3 times, and made sure the drain is secured to (with no cracks), the HVAC box. I thought I had read someplace that there may be another seal someplace that would leak water, and not the cabin air filter flap. But can no longer find that post. PLEASE point me in a direction to solve my Lake Cobalt problem!!! It's really the only issue I have ever had in 170K+ miles!

Make absolutely sure you are blowing into the exit drain - it confused me, and I'm a retired pro with 40 n years... It comes out at (maybe - maybe less) at a 90 degree angle, squarish and just looks like a square baseball (haha, hope you get it)! Have someone inside or wherever verify you are correct. I would have lost a lot of $ on this when a 2005 Cobalt was given to me by my wonderful step daughter.
