2009 Last Cobalt, No Thrust

So I replaced my wife's flex pipe cause that was needed an spark plugs now when she try's to Accelerate on to the high way it jumps up an sounds like V-tech but no thrust on acceleration

Sounds like you may have collapsed your CAT. Did you weld a new pipe on without blocking the CAT?

I had a friend weld it for me, so it might just be the cat, huh?

Hot steel falling into the cat isn't going to help for sure. A garage Tech would be able to pull the upstream HOČ and go inside with a camera to inspect the mouth of the CAT and determine the condition and if there's any obstruction. Sometimes trying to save money ends up costing you more....
