Lobes on TDC

Does anyone know where the intake and Exhaust Lobes on #1 Cyl should be when #1 Piston is at TDC.......In what position....Trying to make sure engine is in time before I try to start up for 1st time. If I put chain on with crank, intake gear and exhaust gear on timing marks does this guarantee engine will be in time. It's a 2006 chev cobalt ecotech 2.2L
