New Paint Job

Hello everyone! you may remember me from the candy apple red trim post which by the way is turning out very good. But that is not why I am here, I am stepping up my game and looking into painting the whole car in my garage. Now if I go through with my plans I will in no way half ass it, using proper GM color matched paints and a decent spray gun with proper preparations done beforehand for a nice finish. Do you think this is within a reasonable skill boundary for a 15 year old with a lot of patience, time, and elbow grease? Before even attempting to do this I have an old suburban that need the hood to be refinished so I can set up my paint booth and give it a test drive!
Thanks for reading!

Just a repaint or a whole color change? Either way it will take a lot of time and patience and work to make it look good. Painting a car isn't always quite as simple as it looks, age is irrelevant but you will definitely need a lot of patience and a lot of work into it if you want it to look good

I plan on keeping it black, but all of the panels stripped and repainted.
