Cup holder fix, cheap & simple

If you're addicted to 44 oz. drinks with the narrow bottoms, the Cobalt cup holders are a nightmare for such things. So, I had to find a fix that looked acceptable & came up with this. Perhaps it's been posted before, but I didn't find it in a search.

1. Buy Sponge-rubber tape (probably in air conditioning section of any home improvement store). I used 3/4" x 3/8".

2. Cut to size to match the contour of the cupholder as shown in photo below.

3. 44 oz. cups twist in & out and never move, even around the sharpest corner.

Hey... your missing the insert for your cup holder... if u weren't u wouldn't need that mod. Good idea though for those who are missing the insert.
