which shorty antenna should i get?

oppinions?

would the first one fit an 05 cobalt? cuz i know i read somewhere that they are different depending on the year.

Doesn't an '07+ have 7mm, and 05-06 have 6mm thread? Might want to check you're getting the right size. I'd go with the Ark between those two.

I liked the MPx Shorty Antenna.

the MPx is great, from experience. I got it and it took literally 2 minutes to swap. cost about $20 adn change, and there was no loss in radio service. not saying anything bad about the others, just that the MPx was a great choice for me.

I have the MPx also. There is some loss in fringe areas. I don't listen to the radio that much so it doesn't bother me. But I live north of Detroit and sometimes listen to a station on FM (88.7) out of Windsor and that comes in fine with my stock antenna and now comes in spotty with the MPx.



Shorty Antenna, Painted Calipers, SAI K&N Intake, B&G Lowering Springs, FE5 Shocks and Struts, Moog End Links, Moog Tie Rod Ends, Polk Audio DXi650 Speakers - front and back.
