Question How to install seat cover?

Can someone show me how to remove the plastic trim on the bottom side of the seat to fit a seat cover behind it? I'm trying to get the cover to fit tight, which has loops all around the bottom. Once I get it behind this piece I can use rope or something to tie it tight.

Thanks in advanced.

I didn't pull mine off, I just stuffed the fabric down with one hand and grabbed the loop with my other and tugged until it was flat. I dunno if that helps you or not...

has basically dropped off the face of the planet... moved and still havent had internet installed at the new place

I have leather covers. Dunno I that makes a diff. It seems really tight to get it behind it. And I do t wanna snap that piece off. Would it easier to take the seat out?

I'm pretty sure the plastic pieces are held on with torx(sp?)bolts..
