The one side skirt is 1/2" longer than the other

Did you order the Andys Auto Sport brand or one of the name brands. I made the mistake of ordering the Andys brand and my body shop people had to spend two days to ge the skirts to properly fit.

My kit came from carbodykitstore.com and I had a couple small flaws in it and I called them and they credited back to my debit crd $200.00 for damages. I would have inspected that though before signing the papers on it. You should have sent it back to them and complained. You might be stuck with it now cause you have it out of the box and signed. Call them tomorrow and raise hell and e-mail them pics and threaten to call the BBB on them and they should do somthing about it. Thats some straight pile of sh!t right there though.

P.S The side skirts are gonna have to be cut a little more anyways for fitment so that should be the smallest worry right now. The wholes and cracks are competely uncalled for though. They should have never sent that kit out looking like that.

Sorry to keep talking but after looking at the pics again..... I wouldnt even bother doing anything to them cause the cracks are always gonna be there. You need to send it back at their expense, get your $$ back and get a polyurithane kit. You arent gonna be able to complelty repair those cracks.... he first time you bump into it walking by it or hit the bottom of he front bumper on somthing the cracks are gonna come right back cause those are weak points. I hate my front bumper. I had a crack from the getgo when I opened it and though I could repair it and it did come out lookin nice but it shoed right back up just from everyday driving and rough roads causing vibrations.

I sent them pics to prove the sh!t was bad, but they haven't gotten back to me yet.
The fact that the side skirts was cut already really pissed me off.

My sideskirts came cut like that too but you have to cut them more than that to ge them to fit properly anyways so it shouldnt effect the kit butthe rest of itis garbage.
