Cheap Fix-ups?

so, im short on moola, and i love trying to make my cobalt look better any chance i get. its just hard with no money!

Anyone who'd like to share, what cheap upgrades youve done? I know its nothing huge but a few days ago i took out the lower plastic grille piece so now you can see the radiator, but this little plastic piece snapped of and sliced the **** out of my finger!! i like the look (of the car not my finger ) im just constantly looking for other things to do!

Nice car! I like the look without the grille there too but I was thinking of putting black mesh since my radiators getting beat to shit lol

Heres a few ideas:
paint logos/ debadge
Paint headlights
tint tails
Get "yourcobalt.com" decals (FREE! lol)
And theres a way to fill the holes from the license plate too I just dont remember waht it was.

Pretty much everyone is gonna tell you to debadge and tint ur windows. Also buying nightshades to smoke ur tail lights out. But if you had to spend money, I would save up and buy springs. A lowered car make it look 100x better. Dropzone springs are like $100. Cheapest I've ever seen is the jdm springs which go for $50. If I were in your shoes I'd try out the jdm springs. Or you can buy my springs that I'm selling. I'll post pics of the way they make my car look

Yeah i like the look of it off but im afraid of my radiator taking a beating.

well i was thinking about painting the bow-tie on front but i dont know what to use? I took the bowtie off the back and added SS emblems. im going to do the healights and tails tomorrow. as for decals, i like a clean look eventhough my car is dirty as **** hahahaha

and glowbalt either interior or exterior im just looking for some cheap fixes.

I also took out the rear headrests and found that it reduced some of the rattling in the rear decklid when the subs are kickin. theres a little like chirping rattle back there and i cant figure out what it is!!!! does anyone else know what im talking about??

i want to keep the ss badges and my windows are tinted 5% back and 20% up front. Nite shades come tomorrow and i think i want to wait and get sportlines. I dont really know the quality of other springs? just because all i hear about is eibachs.

Looks like you have victory red like me, so go to you local auto store and find Duplicolor paint. Matches perfectly for like $5
