Wiring up Fog Lights

Since fog lights is the new hot topic, i've decided to finally hook mine up.. after like 4 months...

I have no wires to the fusebox, nothing wired to the fog lights, nothing pre wired behind my driverside dash, NADA. I have a LS with the SS front bumper with fog lights, but no wires. I checked under the trim and did not find the fog light pre wiring and such.

So how do I hook up fog lights to turn on with my low beams?

I would like to hook up my fog lights to turn on with my low beam headlights. Could I just splice the wire from the headlight or do i have to go back to the fusebox? I also heard that it could overload the circuit? Myth or fact?

I know you can also wire them to your parking lights, but I want them to turn off when I use my highs.

Yes i have HID fog lights, i just never wired them

Wire an add-a-fuse through the driving lights or something...or just low beams.
