Holy $#!% !!!! I want that so bad. that would be so bad ass to just pull up somewhere populated and step out like that. I wish that would be possible to do for cheap.

the commenters on the video have a point... it would be so heavey and what happens when it's raining. everything gets soaked... does look different tho

Mods:Exterior 5% tinted all around w/ eyebrow, SS/SC hi rise spoiler, SS/SC front bumper, BSA 17" wheels black w/ machined lip, Falken ze912 rubber, cross-driled slotted rotors. Engine AEM CAI, Bosch platinum +4 plugs, custom 2 1/4" catback w/ raceland muffler. Interior TSW short throw shifter, JDM 4-pt harnesses, CA harness bar, R-1 sport pedal, 10'' solo-baric L7
Soon to come: custom creation hood, lowering springs, hahn port fueller manifold, seats.

Notice there are no b-pillars on the car.. Good luck taking those out! Not to mention goodbye if someone hits you broadsided.. Cool concept though

Cool idea, but I'm sure there's a long way to go to get them approved for all cars obviously. Like Admin said, would suck to get in a wreck with those...

if you check out their website disappearing-car-doors.com they talk about that on their FAQ section. if they did it right, they could manage to get it actually with an increase in door strength. However, that type of engineering would be extremely heavy. Still though, i'd take the extra weight for some safety and something that looked that awesome lol

its not disapearing, just moving down. Forget being lowered aswell. its cool but stupid imo and I would rather deal with lambos than the headaches that would come from that.
