Question HELP Now-painting Plastics and Pillar Removal

How do you guys get those trim plastic pieces soooo factory looking with just a can o paint!?
Tips on this please..... and its mainly about small plastics like steering wheel and bowties.

A Pillar Removal?--Is there a DIY on this somewhere?

A-pillar removal:
pop the little circle thing off the pillar
gently but firmly pull the pillar off

If you have an LT or above level you may have the side airbag sensors so you will need to be careful

I have an LS so mine was pretty simple.

Painting is good prep, some Fusion paint and clearcoat.
