If I had them I would. Im just saying it will save from people making threads about what K to get, and overall just see what the look like.

Someone with HID's needs to start it.

I have a question. when you put HID bulbs in do you get a light on the dash saying that you have a burned out bulb? or anything like that? I see when shopping around for HID kits there is an option For vehicle with on-board computer warning display to disable it. Do we need that with cobalts?

Im told the drl light comes on but you can just pull out a fuse for it

ok... You WILL get the drl light on. You can deal with it a couple ways

I never got that light, but since i'm in Canada it is obligatory to have DRL's (headlights on or parking lights on during the day), so when i turn my car on, the HID's go on. I have the hi/lo (bi xenon) kit.

interesting. so what if i buy a ballast kit thingy that has this option -

"disable On-board Computer Warning Feature"

would that help the situation at all?

I don't live in canada and my HIDs never turned on any light. Maybe its cause I used a bigger fuse for the light. I used 20amp like the directions said, instead of 10amp.

well Im waiting on my HIDs so Im not positive. Everything else Ive seen HIDs in, the drl light in the dash comes on...
