Cigarette Burn in Ceiling Help!

I accidentally nudged my car ceiling today and have two black marks. Any ideas on how to fix it or cover it up?

A) Become a master of upholstery work and stitch in your own repair.
B) Replace headliner
C) Burn entire headliner so it matches

My turbo lag is your courtesy head start.
