I have 8000K just look in my vehicle showoff I have not once been flashed, or been bothered by the police. the plug and play kits are very easy to install. I recommend getting the 35w though no need for 55w.
im prolly going to get the same, from the same site, 8000k 55W, and the reason im getting them is because they have a blue color, but not real deep blue. If you want something not blue then youd have to bump down to 6000k.
So because the wattage is higher the light is whiter, in order to get the blue look i would have to go with 8000k 35W or stay 55W but bump up to 10000k?
well the wattage makes it brighter but i thought both 35W and 55W were the same color as long as the temp is the same.... i could be wrong... but i want the 8000k blue/white look
Yeah me too, its all just coming together recently, getting some springs and hopefully wheels and HIDs. Wouldnt mind getting a shift boot and CIA while im at it LOL. GL with ur mods
SOOOOOOOO LOOKIE WAT I FOUND... This is a direct quote from DDM Tuning:
"Our 55w HID kits are 40% brighter than the standard 35w kits.
The 55W system ballasts are about 1 cm longer than the 35W ballasts. 55w kits tend to wash out some of the color of the HID bulb due to the light output (for example, a 55w 8000k will look similar in color to a 35w 6000k kit)."
I suggest our 35w 6000k kit. Top of the line with the #1 warranty in the industry. Unlike DDM we will ship you a replacment and a return label for the broken part. DDM makes you pay for there warrenty service. We have sold alot of kits to members on this forum and they all love them PM me for details
X2! I love my kit. Hes not expensive compared to other places, besides I just paid 69.99 for my new kit. something about how cheap DDM kits are scares me.
