Headlight Coloring Idea.

I'm having a hard time picturing it in my mind, but it sounds like it could work, so that's why I'm asking. Do you think it would look ok if I used the stock headlight, and painted the orange reflectors yellow (maybe not my exact color code, but krylon yellow). I assume being yellow, it would still be legal. but at the same time I suppose it could look cheap and tacky...hm, I may just have to photoshop it...

I could see it looking good if you painted the chrome black and the reflector yellow, but I blacked mine out.

well are you talking like paint them solid? or a light coat so that you can still see through them? I would use clear coat and then mix some of the yellow in the clear and do it that way. that might be cool.
