Reverse Light Question

Is there a way to make the red rim around the reverse lights work as a brake light and/or turn signal???

I got camo's tails, they are pretty nice. I had lights I did myself but these are a lot nicer because he actually took the housing apart to put the LEDs in, I just kinda shoved them in.

They look pretty good at night, but are a little dim during the daylight.
