Now Mirror caps I want to get mine painted the color of my car. Will it look the same as ones that come with them painted? I have the stock plactic blackish ones. My cars is slate. Cause it will suck having to buy some caps then paying to get them painted.

well i thought you could buy them painted? try ebay and stuff if they dont come painted.

but yeah if you paint them the same color of the car it'll look legit, i mean its the same color of the car unless your paint has faded like hell or the person painting screws up

Ya at least you can get it from the dealer. No one has slate lol

Anyways so the ones you buy painted have the same surface? I mean so when they sand mine down and paint it it will look the same?

You can get them the color of your car from the dealer for less than $50.

Just get some paint from NAPA or paintscratch.com (they sell rattle cans) and paint your stock ones to match.
