OEM Fog Lights?

So, I have an LT that is pre-wired for fog lights but doesn't have them. I bought the switch, bumper inserts that hold the lights, and the fog light assembly. However, I have no idea how to get the fog lights to attach to the insert, I feel like I'm missing something really simple but there just doesn't seem like there's a way to make it work. Any help would be appreciated.

2006 Red Chevy Cobalt LT
mods: Kenwood DNX5140 Head Unit, HIDs, Halo headlights, LED taillights, Injen CAI, LSJ throttle body, 2.4L intake manifold, red interior LED's, TWM short shifter, custom fit red seat covers, red trim and door handles, SS gauge cluster, Racing Solution long tube header/downpipe, Corsa touring exhaust, lightweight crank and alternator pulleys, trifecta tune, 17" Motegi black rims

How do you know it's prewired for fog lights? Do all the LT's come prewired?

The mount on the light should just snap into the inserts. Thats the way it worked on my 09 LT when i added the SS bumper. My car was also prewired all the way to the fuse block under the hood. Then you have to run your own wire from the relay that is clearly labeled foglights on the fuse block to the lights unless you are lucky and already have the connections for them at the bumper.

sadly I don't have the wiring to the bumper, I thought I did because I found a wire that didn't go to anything on the driver's side, any clue what that wire is for?

Ebay should carry replacement ones that should work just as well.

Replacement wires? Its a waste of time and overpriced. Its easier to wire them up yourself
