My Third Brake Light.

I got my third brake light decal installed and everything. It just seems hard to read, like it's too bright or something. Anything to help this?

Too bright?? Have any pics of it? Maybe that will help someone give you an idea.

Is it an overlay decal, or one that is underneath the brake light?
