Switching Out LED's

So after much frustration getting my radio and HVAC to turn red i have decided to just replace all the leds. Which needed to be done anyways since my HVAC has one burnt out and my radio has one burnt out as well. Does anyone know what size the led's are and what voltage? LOT OF 50 RED 5 MM LED'S HIGH BRITE Red 5mm LED LIGHT - eBay (item 140419345775 end time Jun-27-10 14:38:09 PDT) would these work?

IIRC, our cars just use regular bulbs, so you'll have to do some soldering work.
