Debadging Question

ok so i woke up this morning to debadge my trunk i took off the ls with no problem but when i got to the bowtie i took off all the black glue and now i have a chevy imprint on my trunk i washed it with hot soapy water and i still had a little bit of a symbol on there still . does anybody know of any good methods to removing the chevy imprint on my trunk?

hmmm. i never had that problem, but i think i hear if you use some wax, or clay bar (forgot what it is called) it will go away, any imprint, also over time the more you wash it wax it and buff it

I THINK! lol not for sure, just my opinion

which wold be better....wash it, wax it and buff it out with an electric buffer or clay bar
