Tailpipe.

So i got in an accident a while back and instead of putting a whole new exhaust on the shop cut the pip from the muffler.(the old one was pinched) and then they welded what looks like a metal fencing post to it. And did a crappy job welding it with one part not even finished and part of the feed still attached to the pipe. I was wondering should i just leave it or should i try to grind it down and make it look smooth?

Unless you can see the pipe dont worry about it. Most replacement exhuast tubing does look like fence post, and will rust like them also after time.
