My Bodywork So Far

im finally doing my ss front clip...

the sanding on the bumper is done... i test fited it today... lined up great

ill send it out for paint when im done sanding and preping the lip

then ill install the bottom grill and wire in the fogs and call it down










mods... tinted taillights, 1000 watt alpine mono amp, 2 10 inch alpine type "r" subs, basspro slot ported box, xm radio, alpine 6x9 rear speekers, alpine 6.5 front speekers (both type "s",09SS front bumper and lip,black factory headlights, 12k foglights, 10k headlights, slp catback,fe5 suspension with sportlines,black carpet, painted plastics (black) huge custom pink monster sticker... and ofcourse.... BLACKED OUT!

Looks good. I have to take mine down to the actual plastic when I do mine. :(

ughhh... yeah i had that problem with my lip too.. lol i got it for free some kid nailed a curb and messed it all up i bondo'd it and sanded all the crap out and its good as new... i feel yer pain bro

Good stuff I think the SS is still the nicest looking front bumper in all cobalt's bodykit/bumpers out there.

btw how did you manage to properly fit the splash guards under? Do you have any pics?

MODS: GMPP "Performance" cat-back, GMPP intake, GMPP extrude honed header, GMPP ground effects kit, lip spoiler, gen 4 headlights, DC sport strut tower brace, splitter, vortex generators, motegi SP10, Iridium spark plugs, ractive aluminum pedals, white carbon shift knob, shorty antenna, 4300K HID low beams (screw electricals warranty)

nah, my friend has a 09 ss tc he bought a new bumper and gave me his old one

its not perfect... on the pass side its not completly lined up.. im actully not sure wat to do about it
