Talked About It... So Tried It...

found these neons just layin around today and decided to put them in just to see what they would look like... not as bright as i would like but what does everyone think?

they look good but if you want brighter get these.. from LEDGLOW.com only $40 (so they dont break the bank) for everything, with music mode.

the thing is you don't want to be able to actually see the neon tube itself. Just the glow from it. And some colors light up better than others

go to auto zone and get the led strips they have. theyre bright and look good. the only catch to it is they have only 4 colors. Red, Blue, Amber, and White.

2009 Chevy Cobalt LT

Mods: Under-the-Dash Underglow, Chrome Package, Fog Lamps, 2 12" Kicker CVR subs and a Crunch 1600 watt amp, Tinted windows, Tinted Tail Lights, MPX Shorty Antenna, Vynal wrapped interior trim, Interior Blue Dome Light.
Future mods: 4th Gen. Black Projectors, 6000k HIDs, Blue Wireless Remote Led UnderGlow Kit, Strut Bar, Sway Bars, Wheels.

yea i know that but like i said they are just to see what they would look like lol. and the tubes are huge as s**t!!!! so i just stuck them where i could with heavy duty double sided tape. lol and they are just the plug in to your cig lighter walmart neons i had from like a year and a half ago. lol ill be gettin LEDs soon to replace them.

go with led strips they take less power are brighter and so thin its easy to hide i have mine hardwired in so as soon as i turn the key they are on
