SS Front Bumper Question??

So I have been looking for some sort of ground effects for my cobalt LS with out getting a body kit. I like the chevy cobalt ss front bumper with the "lower deflector" on it and I was wondering if the bumper and or the lower deflector would fit onto my car?

Here is the GM site i found
GM Parts - Genuine Replacement GM Parts - New GM Parts

and this is the diagram...#1 is bumper and #16 is lower deflector..

Okay cool! Second question...is there another site or something that sells it for cheaper? I think it was like $500 for the bumper and $300 for the deflector...

The bumper i found one around that price...your ebay price sounds good to me. I will probably paint it myself but for a little extra might go with that paint price...thanks man!
