DIY Tinting

I'm going to be tinting my windows and am wondering how do you get the rear seat headrests and the rear window shelf/cover off?

dont forget to undo the lower seat belt bolts in order to slide them through the shelf. 18mil socket and an impact works best. 7.5 mil socket for the screws above the front seat belts, need to remove them to get the side trim pieces off other than that its not that hard..
