Lightbulb Couple Opinions Needed...

Ok, so I see pics of Cobalts with the bar in the center grill painted black and I was thinking about doing it to my car tomorrow, any opinions on how that'd look on my sedan?
And on a side note, how much do you think a paint shop would charge me to clear my new tails? I like the way the look and I want them to look that way for quite a bit, I've been waxing and p0lisj=hing them to keep them the same but I want it to be permanent! Any ideas guys?

I think the bar painted black would look good on yours so long as you painted the grill black instead of the stock gray.

I pulled out the grill a couple weeks ago and painted it black. lol I'm thinkin I'll just suck it up and paint it today. Should I spray on a clear coat too?

NOOOO, please do not rattle can your car...p-p-p-please! Have the paint shop paint the cross bar, and see if theyll do your grill too if you take it out...you wont regret it, it'll last 2,000 times longer than spray paint.

I thought about that option, but all the paint shops around here want like $200 just to do the cross bar. lol They also wanted $50 to do my Bowtie. And my first born to do my hood.

^^^ Crap that's a lot. In that case I think I would go to a PPG store to get the paint. They can put good quality paint in a rattle can instead of some off the shelf crap. If you must do it yourself, I would def clear coat.
