Question 2010 LS Questions..

I've had my cobalt LS sedan now for about 3 months and iwas just wondering why whenever im looking for parts they never go up to 2010 cobalts its always like 05-08 or 09 or something like such. will all 09 parts fit on my car????? i mean i doubt they coudlve changed that much given it was discontinued after my gen

most are universal, but some are not. i believe the 05s and 06s r different in some parts than the 07s and 08s. not sure bout the 09s and 10s tho. but i do know the 09s r the same as the 10s

im looking to get a bumber with fogs like the SS type but im not sure about buying a 4dr SS bumper and if it will fit ?

I pulled this off edmunds.com, esentially answers your question.

Model year 2010 likely marks the end of the line for the Chevrolet Cobalt nameplate. If all goes according to plan, GM plans to replace its compact sedan with the all-new Cruze. Not surprisingly, Chevy's abandonment of the model has resulted in a halt to the Cobalt's development as well. In all probability, this is why the Cobalt returns this year with little or no improvements or added features.

Despite being a carbon copy of last year's model, the 2010 Chevy Cobalt will still be a fairly popular model with consumers and rental fleets
