Yes, it just needs to be retrofitted to house the HID bulb.

It can be tricky, I'd say intermediate experience level. BuyHIDs.com has a sale going on and the retro kit is in there... https://www.yourcobalt.com/forums/hid...-groupbuy.html

They also will retrofit for you if you want to send them your headlights.

Depends on the knowledge of the mechanic. I would call around, either way you will need the retro kit so I would get that while it is cheap and call around to your shops. This is why I just bought mine with the HID's installed. It was spendy but worth the plug and play!

What is the generation of your Halo Headlights? If you know the generation, you'll be able to find the right HIDs for your headlights. You don't need to do anything special, my grandma could do that easily.

K&N CAI - Vibrant Catback 2,25" - 17" Voxx Wheels - Gen 2 Projector - 30,000k HIDs (Purple) - 3,000k HIDs Fog lights (Yellow) - 5% tinted windows - Eibach Sportlines - Front SS Bumper - Rear SS Bumper.
