Is there a way to have fogs come on when i open my doors

Yes this can be done very easily by inserting a diode (1N4001 or equivalent) negative side to pin"A10" of "C3" of the BCM and the positive side jumpered to pin "54" of "C1" of BCM. Diode is necessary so dome light doesn't come on when you turn on your fog lights.

My car didnt have fogs from factory i put them in i gess i will have to us a relay if i do it that way will i need a diode.

They wired into my low beams and hooked to a swich the headlights give the swich power

Getting a little complicated here. To use pin "A10" of the BCM you would definitely need a relay. You could use the underhood fuse block fog relay since it's already there if you have a lot of patience. And yes you will need a diode because you don't want your dome light to come on everytime your fog lights come on.
