Two bolts

I had these two bolts loose by the glove box. Where ever they were suppost to be they backed out completely. Any thoughts. And I've been hearing a rattle by the steering colom and I'm thinking it might be more bolts. Is this what happens when you have big boom boom in the trunk??

At the size of those I think they are important to be where they are suppose to be. Especially that grade 8 bolt. One might just be from your steering column clamp. The other one might be one of the bolts that holds the dash assembly to the firewall.

Both of these are from passanger side I believe it been a while since I pulled the first one out. So with these two bolts out its a potential hazard?

Well grade 8 bolts are usually for structural integrety the other one is obviously big enough to be holding something big and important.

Get yourself a big flashlight and hang upsidedown under dash you will find the holes they go in.
