Installing 2nd Gen Ccfls

So I'm pretty sure my 2nd gen halos will be coming in tomorrow and don't have much free time except for this Sunday; with school and stuff. So my question is that I like the leds on the side to not blink but to always illuminate with my halos. What color wires do I splice with what?! Your answer is greatly appreciated.

Here's what my halos look like. 05 08 Chevrolet Cobalt Projector Headlights CCFL Halobk | eBay

In mine it was a brown wire

What you do with it turn the turn signal on and the little side running light it shouldnt blink so it should be a color wire and black and there you go..

Not sure but I was sure all 2nd gens came ready to go, all you do is plug them in and bolt in. LEDs and halos light up together unless otherwise made not too

Yours isn't plug and play? Did you buy a Asian kit off eBay?
