Mirror Removal ?

Ok
As most know I'm airbrushing the whole interior of the car
And came across the sun visor with a the mirror on it.
How do I remove the whole plastic mirror piece?
And if possible the bar through the visor....
Removed that damn sticker on them....that was a pain....heat worked the best....
