Dunno, but the instruction manual for my TWM said it's only good for an SS or a Saab 9-3.

It fit like a glove.

I guess that's not very helpful lol

Both TWM and BPS make a STS specifically for the cobalt 2.2 and SS/NA shifter, so don't know where Jane is getting that info.

2.2/2.4
BPS- Product Categories 2005-2010 Chevrolet Cobalt N/A Archive | Billet Pro Shop
TWM- Chevrolet Cobalt Short Throw Shifter
SS/SC/TC

TWM- Chevrolet Cobalt SS/TC Short Throw Shifter

If I could do it over again I'd get the BPS instead of the TWM. The TWM has so much play in the shifter when in gear.

I've heard bad about TWM but never heard a complaint about BPS. One guy on CSS had bought a TWM, BPS and OTTP just to compare and see what he'd liked the best. He liked the BPS over the TWM and the BPS over the OTTP. If you review it good enough I'd definitely consider making the switch, only thing holding me back is that I have a custom one off knob for the TWM I absolutely love. Bought it off of a guy with an SS/TC I don't actually have those seats, yet...

Soon to come- EFR 6758 turbo kit and make Retro Headlights.

I'll have to find the instruction manual to show you. Even the pictures were of the SS shifter and not my 2.2

It was for the SS/SC but I can see if I can find it.

It could have been from the SS/NA which is the same because any from the SS/SC/TC would have the reverse lock out.

300 Series Shift Knob

The one I posted a picture of is a custom one, none other currently made like that, and it's mine
