Custom Air Duct

Hey,
has anyone on here ever bought and installed a custom air duct to their front bumper? Right where the air box comes up to the air intake, on the right side. I found it on this website, $115 carbon fiber, and is said to increase air flow by 11%.

My questions are,
- how hard was it to cut a proper sized whole into your bumper?
- Can you tell any sort of diffrence with it?

Any other information about this product or ones like it would be greatly apperciated!! Heres the link to the web site:

Dodge Dart Ralley Edition
Acura RSX Type S (2x lol)
Saturn ION Redline
VW Jetta 1.8T
Honda Civic SI
Scion TC
Dodge Dakota (lol)

. . . it will continue to grow.

wouldn't call it useless, but not worth the money unless you properly hook up for a ram air setup and even then you're money is better spent on other mods

Okay not useless but not worth the cost and modification to your bumper to make it not look out of place.
